This dough IS very, very tough by nature, and you definitely have to put in a lot of muscle to rolling it out thinly. It's definitely not like bread or pizza dough. <br /><br />SO... if you made the dough, then started rolling it out, only to have it shrink back to what seemed like the EXACT same size, you are not alone. :) It's normal. I had no time to knead well, to let the dough sit, or to roll it out as flat as stated....BUT they came out perfectly great!!! This is a very forgiving recipe!
